Tater Tot Casserole  

                                   

Ingredients:

 

1 lb. ground beef

1 pkg. frozen tater tots

1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed, drained

1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup

1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 small can French-fried onions

Milk

Instructions:

 

Place tater tots in 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.  Heat in 450° oven for 20-25 minutes.  Meanwhile, brown meat in skillet on medium-high heat; drain.  Combine can of soup and one can of milk in small saucepan; heat over medium heat until hot.  Add meat, broccoli, French-fried onions, and cheese to tater tots and mix well.  Pour soup mixture over casserole.  Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
Yield: 6-8 servings
